✨ The Lively has unveiled their new menu items, so we gathered the girls and made a night of it ✨

We sampled our way through:
🐟 Salmon Latkes — cured salmon, cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill
🥂 Pigs in a Blanket — housemade beef dog, puff pastry, mustard
🌸 Hamachi — pineapple, coconut crema, shichimi chili, cilantro
🍝 Lasagna Verdi Bolognese — spinach pasta, béchamel, classic ragú
🍉 Watermelon Gazpacho — marinated feta, pickled fresnos, mint
🍷 Gibbon Burger Royale — onion and pancetta jam, Ballard cheddar, fries

Dessert was heaven:
🫐 Warm Summer Berry Cobbler
Mixed Berries, Chocolate Chip Oat Crust Vanilla Ice Cream 
🍋 Coconut Lemon Tart (maybe our favorite dish of the evening) 
Graham Cracker Ice Cream, Brown Sugar Whipped Cream, Lemon Curd

Alongside it all, we enjoyed beautifully crafted cocktails and an impressive selection of non-alcoholic options

Chef Edward Higgins brings Michelin-level creativity to Boise, with fresh, local ingredients and globally inspired flavors. The Lively is truly a one-of-a-kind dining experience
