Crazy what happens to you when you start eating nothing but real, Whole Foods. 

It’s what we are meant to consume. But we live in a society addicted to toxins, added sugars, processed foods, chemicals, and ingredients you can’t even pronounce. 

I’m gonna choose to be different. Because I know what feeling optimal is like. It’s euphoric. Addicting. And gives me the energy to thrive in life.
