Belly binding has been major for me post-pregnancy. Every time I rewrap, I can feel the body shrinking inward- it works. For context belly binding is an ancient healing practice across so many cultures. Women have been wrapping their bodies for centuries- I feel like it supports recovery, organ realignment, posture, and circulation. AND it not just aesthetic-it's functional, grounding, and very much helps with the healing process. I notice a HUGE difference in my waistline with all 3 of my kids afterwards. I work with @Bellibind New Mom Best Friend always, and then use the @BUMPSUIT x Lauryn Bosstick compression shape wear on a day-to-day basis (you can even wear it with the belli bind). Physical, emotional, and energetic vibes all in one ! #bellybinding #bellibind #postpartum #postpartumrecovery #postpartumbody
