American champion MIDNIGHT BISOU and her colt by world champion Equinox 😍❤️ The JRHA Select Sale in Hokkaido, Japan featured a select group of Equinox’s first foals, led by this colt who sold for ¥580m ($3.91m/€3.36m) to a new partnership by the name of Nebraska Racing.

Consigned by Northern Farm, Midnight Bisou’s colt equaled the second-highest price ever recorded for a foal at the sale.

Midnight Bisou herself left quite an impression in the sale ring back in 2022 when she topped the Keeneland November Sale at $5.5 million, purchased by Katsumi Yoshida.

Overall, Equinox’s first foals led the way, with 23 selling for an average of ¥155m ($1.04m/€897,450).
