Welcome to our new series: The Joga Drillbook.

Each week, one of our coaches will walk you through a new drill so that you can train at home.

This week, we’re working on the scissor move, a fundamental skill for beating defenders.

Focus on:

- Dropping your shoulder to sell the move

- Exploding the opposite direction with your other foot

- Using the outside of your foot to dribble away with control

Take your time, rep it out, and stay sharp.
