SPICY WATERMELON FREEZE 💚 
◦ ½-1 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦ 1½ cups Frozen Watermelon
◦ 1 oz Jalapeño Syrup*
◦ 1 oz Lime Juice
◦ Watermelon Slice & Fresh Mint, to garnish
◦ Tajin & Hot Honey, to rim

METHOD: To a high-power blender, add the frozen watermelon, lime juice, gin, and jalapeño syrup. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour in a glass that is rimmed with hot honey and Tajin. Garnish with a watermelon slice and fresh mint. Enjoy!

*To make the syrup, combine 1 cup allulose or sugar, 1 cup water, and 1-2 small jalapeños (diced) in a small saucepan. Stir, and warm over medium-low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a clean (mason) jar. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until cool. Throw away the jalapeños or add them to your cocktail 🌶️
