Erica Vitale Named Director of Practice & Play League for Lax On Elite

We are thrilled to announce that Erica Vitale (DeVito) has been promoted to Director of Practice & Play, where she will lead year-round development for our 2035, 2036, 2037, and 2038 athletes.

A key figure since our founding, Erica helped launch Lax On Elite’s first youth teams and guided our 2030 team to a Top 40 national ranking. Her leadership played a major role in placing Lax On Elite in the Top 25 nationally during our inaugural year — a standard we continue to build on.

🏅 In 2023, Erica was inducted into the USA Metro Lacrosse Hall of Fame, a testament to her lifelong impact on the sport.

With a coaching resume that includes:
🏆 Head Coach at Bellport Varsity (2017–present)
🥍 Assistant Coach at Adelphi University (2013–2016) – 2x NCAA DII National Champion

And a historic playing career:
🌟 4x IWLCA All-American
🏆 3x NCAA DII National Champion
🎯 School Record Holder: 379 career points at Adelphi
