Hitting filets!!!! Yes I agree a ribeye is better but I’m on a diet!! 

I love the reverse sear method! As i said in the video wire to wire.  I want my steak to be medium rare top to bottom and this is the way to do it!  I don’t want well to med well then finally in the center it’s medium rare.  Come at me!
