Don’t chimi my churri has this is how i do it!
Red pepper, red onion, garlic, lemon, salt, red pepper flakes, so much parsley , oregano, and yes cilantro!!! Olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar 

Tri tip to follow!!

Hit that processor and f yes!! It goes on everything!! 

People ate good this weekend at my house!!!
