I’m excited to see Tracy G.  sharing pics from our recent shoot. I was going to text her this am like when we posting! 🤣 Her caption is a real gem: 

"What if fear wasn't some beast we had to behead but an actual messenger of love? 

A fierce and loyal messenger who's trip to our presence was booked and paid for by our very own soul...

As I pedal deeper into my personal growth and feel that breath of fear on my neck, this is the question I'm revisiting.

Whether conscious or not, many of us address fear with the usuals: knuckle tf up or numb tf out and be swift before anything spills out its mouth. 

And although both of those have given me some semblance of relief, it's really just counterfeit peace 😵‍💫

I end up living in fear OF fear lmao. Oh the irony!

So going back to what I said earlier...

If fear is knocking beneath our skin as a messenger of love-- nothing more nothing less-- than why not opt to soften our energy and simply listen ✨

I was meditating alongside @sarahfinds voice today and she presented me w this letter from fear: 

"I wish to tell you, you are alive. I wish to remind you of the life inside of you, longing to be lived more fully. ••• I hold so tightly to you because I am a constant reminder that there is good work for you to do. Work for you to do in the name of your freedom and joy. ••• The more you lose yourself in doing all you must do to bring your soul life and sweet pools of light, the more I shall release my grasp. Know that me being here is my way of loving you into remembrance of your heart's desire. ••• The more you work at finding, spreading, teaching love... the less I'll need to hold you so tight. ••• Don't be afraid to feel me when I arrive here in your chest. Face me with courage. I am here to serve your greater good." 

I mean... 🥺

With that said, this week I'm recommitting to courage.

Not to be confused with fearless. Uh uh.

Cause if a divine memo's got my name on it, I don't need that getting lost in the mail all because I chose to shoot the messenger 🙃
