It’s been over two months since #DerrickGroves escaped from #NewOrleans jail, and the feds are already admitting it might be hard to find him without a lucky break.

If he’s ever recaptured, Groves awaits two life prison sentences with no sh-t at parole.

Authorities, who once numbered a reported 200 personnel after him, say the tips have slowed, and Groves’ whereabouts remain a mystery.

“Ultimately, I think we’re going to catch him. We only need to get lucky once. He’s got to look over his shoulder every day of the week,” said Deputy U.S. Marshal Brian Fair.

The reward from various agencies for information leading to Groves’ arrest is still $50,000. 👀
