I’m so proud to be participating in mayormccarty & cm_talamantes ANNUAL BACKPACK GIVEAWAY  community event. This will be my second year giving out books to kids at the event. Many of the families attending are from low-income and under served communities, where books are more scarce. I’ll be giving out new books and celebrating the magic & importance of early literacy! Besides free backpacks and books, there will also be access to free school supplies, haircuts, food, and more!

Monday, August 4th from 4PM to 7PM at Northgate Park in Sacramento, CA.

I’m so happy to be giving back to the Sacramento community. I hope to give out many books to children in need of reading materials, and I welcome any donations to support my literacy advocacy efforts.
