ROTISSERIE CHUCK ROAST BURNT ENDS🔥
RECIPE ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Ingredients:
    •    2–3 lb chuck roast, cubed into 1.5–2 inch pieces
    •    Dale’s Marinade (low sodium) – enough to lightly coat
    •    Musket Powder Brown Label – to generously season
    •    Racha Organics Hot Sriracha – for mid-cook baste and finishing drizzle

Instructions:
    1.    Prep the Chuck Roast:
    •    Cube the chuck roast into bite-sized chunks.
    •    Lightly coat the beef with Dale’s Marinade as a binder.
    •    Generously season all sides with Musket Powder Brown Label. Let it sit while the grill heats.
    2.    Load the Roto-Q 360:
    •    Add the seasoned beef cubes into the rotisserie basket in a single layer—not too packed so they crisp evenly.
    3.    Grill Setup:
    •    Preheat your Novo Grill to 350°F. Set it up for indirect heat if using burners on one side.
    4.    Start Spinning:
    •    Mount the Roto-Q 360 basket and let the magic happen. Spin the cubes for about 45–60 minutes, checking every 15.
    5.    Midway Sriracha Boost:
    •    At around the halfway mark, drizzle or brush Racha Organics Hot Sriracha into the basket, giving the beef a spicy, tangy kick as it caramelizes.
    6.    Finish:
    •    Once the cubes are tender, crispy on the edges, and around 195–205°F internal temp, pull them off.
    7.    Serve:
    •    Plate them hot and drizzle with more Racha Organics Hot Sriracha to finish.
