DUCK QUESO CHEESE DIP🔥⤵️⤵️⤵️

Ingredients:
	•	2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
	•	2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
	•	2 cups of another favorite cheese
	•	1 block Velveeta cheese
	•	2 tbsp minced garlic
	•	2 fresh jalapeños (one deveined and chopped, one thinly sliced with seeds)
	•	½-1 purple onion, chopped
	•	1 can Rotel with green chilies
	•	1 can cream of mushroom soup
	•	1 lb ground Maple Leaf Farms Duck breast
	•	Lane’s Fiesta Seasoning

Instructions:
	1.	Season & Brown Duck: Season ground duck with Lane’s Fiesta Seasoning. Brown in a skillet over medium heat.
	2.	Combine Ingredients: In a smoker-safe dish, mix browned duck, cheeses, garlic, jalapeños, onion, Rotel, and cream of mushroom soup.
	3.	Smoke: Preheat smoker to 275-300°F. Place dish on smoker for 20-25 minutes. Stir well, ensuring nothing sticks.
	4.	Finish Cooking: Stir again at the 40-minute mark. Cook for a total of 45 minutes to 1 hour.
	5.	Optional: Add ¼ cup of milk before smoking for a thinner consistency.
