WAGYU STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Ingredients:
1 lb Wagyu of Alabama ground beef
	1/4 cup Dale’s marinade
1 tbsp Flavor God Honey BBQ rub
1 box Tony Chachere’s jambalaya mix
	1/2 cup chopped onions
1 jalapeño, chopped (optional for some kick)
1 cup grated Colby Jack cheese (divided)
4 large bell peppers (any color)
Cooked rice and corn for serving

Instructions:
	1.	Prep the Peppers: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set them aside.
	2.	Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the uncooked ground beef with Dale’s marinade, Honey BBQ rub, chopped onions, jalapeño, and the jambalaya mix (uncooked). Toss in half the grated Colby Jack cheese and mix everything together.
	3.	Stuff Those Peppers: Fill each bell pepper with the beef and jambalaya mixture, packing it in nice and tight. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
	4.	Grill Time: Preheat your NOVO 36” Gas Grill to medium heat. Place the stuffed peppers directly on the grates and close the lid. Grill for about 35-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the beef is fully cooked.
	5.	Serve It Up: Serve the stuffed peppers on a bed of rice with some corn on the side.
