@thebodybuildingvegan here with Felicia, the owner of the phenomenal @sweethazelandco and @breakfreecandy! Felicia’s vegan story is unique. Shockingly, @sweethazelandco started as a keto restaurant! But after Felicia saw the reality for animals in the animal agriculture industry - she knew she couldn’t pay for or eat animal products again. In early 2020, she developed her vegan version of a Snickers bar: “Better Than Theirs”. As COVID continued, she started selling her incredible line of vegan candy bars, @breakfreecandy out of her car every weekend. Meantime, she created her fully vegan menu filled with familiar comfort foods like the McHaze (her cruelty-free version of a McDonald’s cheeseburger), the California Chick’n Sandwich, and the Strawberry-Stuffed French Toast. Filled with delicious meals, flavor-packed desserts, and her amazing @breakfreecandy bars, @sweethazelandco is now a Salt Lake City vegan hotspot!!
