“This otter was captured at the British Wildlife Centre. I was lying with my stomach flat to the ground to ensure a shallow depth of field and a diffused background. 

As the otter emerged from a nearby pond it came bounding up towards me. I had only moments to frame the shot and was lucky enough to capture the tiny droplets of water as they scattered away from the otter’s fur.”
