The fam wanted Surf & Turf at the Beach House? Say less. 

• Red Snapper with sriracha mayo seasoned with Holy Voodoo. Grilled in a traegergrills. These fish were swimming 110 feet deep in the Gulf 8 hours earlier. 
• mcclarenfarms Whole Beef Tenderloin cleaned up and cut into filets. Seasoned with BLANCO, seared in yeti cast iron and finished indirectly over charcoal. 
• Tomato Mozzarella Salad with with a great olive oil. Seasoned with BLANCO + Garlic & Herb.
• Garlic Smashed Potatoes. Seasoned with Holy Cow + a lot of Garlic & Herb. 
• Cast Iron Broccoli. Seasoned with Lemon Pepper.
• Sautéed Baby Bella Mushrooms. Seasoned with BLANCO.
• Paired with saarloosandsons The Texas Tornado.
