I’ve been teaching seminars since 2018 and I really enjoying the cross over to now appying my OCR career into my experience in HYROX as a part of the Elite-15 ✨ 

I feel it’s a great way to share knowledge with the community, give back and spend time with athletes loving the sport bringing me closer to the community✨.. and as it’s still off season for me I have more time for these activations🫡
