INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare 8 oz. of pasta to box instructions and set aside.
2. Saute 1 lb. of sausage (sliced into ¼-inch slices) in a skillet for roughly 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Add 2 cups cream and 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning to the sausage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and leave to simmer until it starts to thicken.
4. Remove from heat. Add in ½ cup grated parmesan cheese.
5. Add pasta back and toss.
6. Enjoy!
