Aspen, led by USPA Chairman Stewart Armstrong, topped a field of 11 teams to win the third Regional President’s Cup in the Florida Circuit at portmayacapolo. Despite frequent lineup changes, the team in neon green remained undefeated and secured a place in the National President’s Cup at the nationalpolocenter later this month.
