At an Indian restaurant in London, a man was left lying in pain on the street after attempting what’s called the city’s hottest curry. The dish is made with a paste of 72 different chillies, including Carolina reaper, scotch bonnet, naga, bird’s eye, and snake chilli, so intense that chefs wear gloves and even a gas mask to prepare it.⁠
