Using a blend of alder, apple, and birch wood, each type of wood imparts its own distinct character to the fire and smoke, creating a truly unique flavour profile. It’s a collaboration rooted in craft, quality, and respect for the ingredient, where tradition meets the flame.
 
Our team looks forward to welcoming you to #luigiandsons Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm and to #elisasteak from 4:30pm daily.
