Last month during Nationals Week we were able to set up several shadowing sessions as part of our Women’s Coaching Collective. This initiative provides developing coaches with opportunities to learn from and network with top coaches from around the country. It is part of USA Weightlifting’s commitment to growing the representation of women in coaching roles.
