Here at TLC, we offer classroom and one-on-one sessions where you can learn how to improve your mental game. Lane is our mental trainer this summer and works with the campers here at TLC. In order to help them grow, he is able to meet them where they are at and provide tools that they to use on court. Mental performance in sports is just as important as physical performance, practicing both is important for success. 🧠
