I used to think happiness lived on the other side of success.

After the call-up.
After the promotion.
After the next big thing.

But life keeps teaching me: happiness is built, not found.
It’s in the little things. The “boring” moments that actually shape who we are.

The post-workout smoothie.
The quiet in the sauna.
Packing a bag to hit the road again.
Sitting in the office chasing dreams no one else can see.

I used to cry in the minor leagues from the pressure to make it to “The Show”. 

And now? I just try to be present in this moment. Because this is the dream.

Appreciate the now.
The mundane is meaningful.
And peace isn’t out there it’s already here.
