I’ve been spending every chance I get this summer in the alpine — recharging emotionally, mentally, and physically. 

There’s something about the crisp air, quiet trails, and lack of cell service that lets me actually breathe. It’s where I feel most grounded, most present, most alive. 

And yes, I always come prepared with snacks.

One thing that always makes it into my pack? Pecans. They’re the perfect low-carb energy boost: nutrient-dense, easy to pack, and honestly just so good.
