## Caption

Shot in Fuvahmulah on my RED GEMINI—the only Maldivian currently filming underwater with this camera. Home to the world’s largest known population of tiger sharks, Fuvahmulah offers a rare window into the calm, commanding presence of these apex predators. Each dive strips away fear and replaces it with deep respect.

Filming them through a cinematic lens isn’t just about visuals. It’s about shifting perceptions—revealing their curiosity, intelligence, and beauty beyond the “man-eater” myth. These sharks are naturally drawn to the camera—especially the electronics. They often get close, sometimes even biting the dome, drawn in by curiosity rather than aggression.

I want people to see what I see: not monsters, but majestic, misunderstood animals.
