Our Lady of Champion 🔵🙏

“Seek God in the depths of your pure, clean heart; in the depths of your soul when you are faithful to him. And never lose that intimacy. And if ever you do not know how to speak to him or what to say, turn to Mary, tota pulchra, all pure and wonderful, and tell her: Our Lady and Mother, the Lord wanted you yourself to look after God and tend him with your own hands. Teach me, teach us all, how to treat your Son!” (Josemaria Escriva).

I recently visited championshrine, America’s only approved Marian apparition site. Our Lady appeared to Servant of God, Adele Brise, in rural Wisconsin (not far from Green Bay) in 1859, with a message to pray for the conversion of sinners and teach / catechize the children of the area. Originally known as the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, the Shrine was renamed in 2023 and celebrates an annual solemnity on October 9. It’s a beautiful and peaceful ground for all ages, with a chapel, Rosary walk, oratory with relics of numerous saints, and grottos for prayer 🙏
