WHAT DOES A QUALITY ROUND OF BP LOOK LIKE🤔 It obviously starts with consistent loud contact. Then having the ability to manipulate your barrel on command. Showing power to all fields without having to muscle up is also key🏌️‍♂️What it is not is trying to hit a ball as hard and as far as you can every single swing. Even though you may get a “mention” in a showcase setting if you post the highest exit velocity… I’ve personally never seen a College coach or pro scout impressed when a player swings and misses or clips 8 balls in a row just to yank one pullside homer🤷🏻‍♂️ Here’s one example of a quality round of BP by Univ of Maryland incoming freshman and MY GUYY🤩 franklinpichardo_12 (aka “FRANKIE FIVE ANGELS”👼). Franklin is a 6’2”/220lbs Catcher/CIF that was born in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and moved to Allentown, Pa 3 years ago.
