I’m on a mission to try one new thing a week in Colorado - part 16!  Tried Denver’s newest wellness spot @Upswell and I’m officially hooked 🧖🏼‍♀️ Their active recovery circuit (infrared sauna ➡️ cold plunge ➡️ barrel sauna) was exactly what I needed after a long workday. The space is stunning, the energy is calm and welcoming, and it’s such a thoughtful addition to the RiNo neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back and check out their yoga classes too. 🧘‍♀️ If you’re looking to unwind, reset, and feel good in your body—this is your sign.
