…I can explain! Earlier this year someone asked me what my word for the year was, and I hadn’t quite come up with one yet. But after going through January, the phrase for the year is definitely #findjoy - if you’ve been on this journey with me for a while, you should already know that I’m a happiness junkie, and my peace is paramount, but with all the things going on currently in society, my 2025 moto is FIND JOY!! 

So that’s it, that’s the explanation… I was out and about - twirling through the city as I like to do, and this brought me joy!
