Today was a good day ♥

I ran “Mystery Miles” which is where I’ll choose a (close) location to run to and continue running as long as I can. I don’t check my pace or my mileage but occasionally I will check my heart rate zone. 

This makes it fun for me 😋

I was pleasantly surprised when I ended this run because not only did I run the farthest I’ve gone during the hottest time of day (oops) but I reached the goal I set for myself 18 days ago. 

I’ve been working on my form, nutrition, heart rate and overall enjoyment. With that, I felt great for the majority of this run. I didn’t even have any pain after. 

I didn’t think this would be possible for me. Funny how my thoughts limited me for so long… until they didn’t 😏😇

I’m thankful to be surrounded by people who inspire me. My community is filled with incredible humans accomplishing amazing things. I appreciate how supportive my friends IRL and URL have been with this little run journey that I’m on.
