This BBQ corn salad with smoky dressing and crispy @gazi Grill Cheese ELF Edition is the MVP of every tailgate!

🔥 Dressing:  150 g sour cream, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp garlic + onion powder, salt & pepper
🔥 Grill 4 corn cobs until charred, then slice off the kernels
🔥 Mix with diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, sliced spring onions, 1 chopped chili (optional), fresh parsley or cilantro
🔥 Toss the veggies with the dressing
