Have a great week, details below CUCUMBERS -1 English Cucumber, cut in half and slice -1T Crushed Red Pepper -1T Soy Sauce -1T Mirin -1T Sesame Oil -2 Green Onions, chopped -2T Sesame Seeds **Mix and Chill ASIAN BEEF -2lb Ground Beef….we used Elk -1 White Onion, diced -8oz Mushrooms, chopped -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -4T Oyster Sauce -3T Sweet Chili Sauce -3T Soy Sauce -2T Mirin -Few Green Onions, chopped -2 Red Peppers, chopped. We used Fresno -Salt & Pepper to taste **Big Pan on Med heat with avocado oil **Add Onion and cook 5 min or so **Add Beef, break up and brown **Add Mushrooms **Cook Beef/Mushrooms 8-10 min **Add Garlic **Add all sauces **Add Green Onion and Red Pepper **Let it come together for 5-10 min **Dinner for 5 or make 4 Meal Preps and some left over  RICE -1C Dry Basmati Rice -1.5C Water -1T Butter **Bring to a boil, lower to simmer for 15 min, off the heat for 10 min to steam, fluff and done #mealprep #asian #food #cooking #beef #cucumbers #rice #3piecesofpecan #fyp
