This wrap is a perfect simple Saturday lunch for these ridiculously hot summer days 🥵 Make a bunch to stack in your cooler and bring to the pool or beach! I like to lay down a layer of well dried green leaf lettuce between the tortilla and the meat/cheese to keep things from getting soggy, especially if I’m prepping them ahead. Serve it up with grapes and veggies with ranch dip to make it a meal.
