Calling all student-athletes headed to this year’s NIL Summit!! 🗣️🗣️ Sharing my biggest tips as someone who went last year and will be making the trip back this year as Innovator of the Year nominee and panelist! ☺️☺️

⭐️ NETWORK- Networking at the summit is a MUST! Attending has such a unique opportunity to meet incredible people eager to connect and engage in meaningful conversations. Some of my closest friends in the NIL community were made right here last year!

⭐️ CREATE CONTENT - Share the behind the scenes, outfit details and whatever your heart desires. One thing that shocked me the most last year was how willing everyone was to create and be in content! This is honestly my favorite part of the summit. No one will judge you for talking to your camera or doing dances…be yourself! :)

⭐️ NEVER SIT ALONE - The days of panels never sit alone. Don’t be afraid to approach a group sitting at a table and join! 9 times out of 10 they will say yes! And you’ll create a new friend (or friends).

⭐️ DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS - If you are interested in a topic, show your interest! After the panels the panelists stick around to answer one on one questions. This is where I learned some of the best pieces of advice that I still use to this day! And this gives you another way to network to some amazing people!

⭐️ START CONVERSATIONS - Funny story but I met nickmarquezzy in line to get a Shirley temple (I know right 😂) the first night of the NIL Summit… from there I was able to ask questions about the META NIL Empower program where he then encouraged me to apply. If I didn’t have that conversation I may have never applied to the program that has changed my life and created so many opportunities for me. You never know who you are going to run into!!

Good luck to all the athletes attending this year!! I can’t wait to be in Atlanta! 🔥🔥 See you all soon :)
