🚨FOLLOW rvahikergirl for more great things to do 

📌 The National Zoo in Washington DC just got 2 new pandas in January 2024.

⭐️Bao Li means “precious treasure & strength” in Mandarin and he’s a boy

⭐️Qing Bao means “green treasure & lush mountainous habit” in Mandarin and she’s a girl 

- Both are now on display in the Asia Trail habitat.

📋TIPS to see them:

1) Arrive early and go during the week if possible. Lines get long to see them. 

2) Parking lot A & B are the closest lots to the pandas; but parking at lots D & E are good for seeing the whole Zoo and lot C is in the middle
