Winter time is a great time to get outdoors and go on a hike. There are usually far less people out there on the trails too so that’s an added bonus! 

📌 Roaring Run Falls
📍Eagle Rock, Virginia (Botetourt County)

🚙 < less that 3 hours from Richmond
🚗 4 hours from Washington DC 

🥾 1.7 miles 
📈 308 feet in elevation 
🎄 Roaring Run Recreational Area 

Features a 30 foot cascading waterfall, and several bridges along the trail 

🗑️ LNT - please practice leave no trace & pack out all trash to dispose of property
