We’re just 3 days away from the 2023 USATF Cross Country Championships at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia, where some of the best distance runners in the nation at the U-20 & Senior level will hope to qualify for the upcoming 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Australia, which takes place in exactly a month on February 18th. 

Plenty of talent heading down to Richmond, Virginia on Saturday!

Only 6 athletes from each event will qualify for World’s! There will also be a mixed relay, which consist of a 4x1 loop on the 2km course. The field hasn’t been released for the mixed relay but expect some more big names to come out to Virginia!
