SHOCKING VIDEO: Video shows the moment someone throws a firebomb into a River Ridge parking lot— igniting four cars in flames.

It happened just after 3 a.m. Friday at Chestnut Creek Apartments. Residents say it could’ve been much worse.

The Jefferson Parish Fire Department and Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
