Diaries of a knife obsessed butcher... Had the pleasure of photographing David Wallace, owner of atbbutchershop & member of bytownchefs as part of my ongoing chef portrait series in #ottawa 
Most, if not all, of the meat, preserves, coffee and other products sold by David are sourced locally. Stop by his shop and pick something up for the bbq this weekend. Your belly will thank you for it.
