On July 11th, 2025, we had the honor of hosting a delegation from the Japan National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). We had a discussion on the human-machine teaming standardization project of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 Artificial Intelligence. Experts and guests discussed various aspects, including an overview of SC 42, an introduction to human-machine teaming (HMT), and the standardization efforts around HMT.
