## Caption

75 miles to NYC… 75 miles back.

We biked along the Empire Trail.. it runs over 500 miles from NYC to north of Albany. Well paved, partially shaded, scenic, no cars, well marked. 

We picked it up in Connecticut and rode 70 miles in 97° heat… through Westchester, Yonkers. the Bronx, along Riverside Drive and straight into the city. 

The Empire Trail is UNREAL. Didn’t even know it existed a year ago.
