An easy no fuss summer app- these are buttery hot honey peaches with a creamy cottage cheese dip using breakstones cottage cheese. The ripe peaches get tossed in a melted honey butter and then are spooned over a blended cottage cheese with basil, olive oil and more hot honey. Top everything with crushed pistachios, basil and of course served with crispy sourdough bread. ✨
