A 23-year-old man in Arkansas named Mason Gipson was arrested after impregnating a 15-year-old girl and claiming it happed because he was drunk 

Police say he admitted it on the spot.

He was charged with a Class D felony.

But he took a plea deal.

And that deal reduced his charge to a Class A misdemeanor —

Meaning:

🔹 12 months probation

🔹 $690 in restitution to the girl

🔹 No jail time

🔹 No sex offender registration

And because this happened in Arkansas — where abortion is FULLY banned, regardless of how young the person is, even for cases of rape, incest or fetal abnormalities 

The 15-year-old is reportedly being forced to continue the pregnancy.

This is why awareness matters.

Because when systems prioritize leniency over accountability, it’s children who pay the price.

And this isn’t just one case.

It’s part of a bigger problem.

⚠️ Children deserve protection.

⚠️ Survivors deserve justice.

⚠️ Communities deserve to know how these cases are being handled.

The story is getting very little coverage, So let’s make sure his face is everywhere.

Too often, the judicial system doesn’t protect children, and this is just another example of a massive failure.
