## Caption

As part of #INinternday, one of the Sycamores we’re highlighting is Ian Kease, an Architectural Engineering Technology major with a minor in Construction Management. Ian prepared this video to reflect on his internship with Alleato Group, a nationwide design-build company with decades of experience in all areas of building. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Thank you to Ian and the team at Alleato Group for helping showcase the real-world impact of internships. We’ll be sharing more student experiences throughout the day, so if you haven’t yet, be sure to follow along and hear their stories! 💼📲
