A flamingo loses their vibrant pink when they give birth due to giving all of their energy and nutrients to their young. 🦩 

This has been the hardest and simultaneously the most rewarding season I’ve ever been through. 

While first few months of motherhood and watching our baby girl grow and develop has been some of the most amazing, rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve also at the same time, struggled with postpartum and the person I used to be.
