FireFlow is being launched by beloved local yoga and sculpt instructor Selin Arsezen. It’s part of her vision to create a modern studio in St. Pete offering classes that blend strength, heat, and movement.

💪 On the cusp of downtown and the EDGE District, FireFlow will offer over two dozen classes within five “formats” that include combo yoga + HIIT classes, low impact yoga + strength-building, and more. 

🔥 Heat levels range from 90-100+ degrees with the safe, sun-like warmth that infrared heating provides.
