The program is an initiative embedded within our Rookie Internship that allows black creatives to showcase their talents in a unique experience.

The students, chosen from thousands of applicants and the first to take part in the new program, were asked to design women’s basketball uniforms for the future, with prototypes to be displayed at the Baltimore Brand House store.
